I graduated from National University of Ireland Galway in 2009 and underwent Basic and then Higher specialist training in Ireland. I then completed a clinical fellowship in Thoracic Oncology and Pleural Medicine in Manchester, UK before returning to a full time Consultant role in Beaumont Hospital. I have a doctorate (MD) from the RCSI and multiple tier one research publications. My research interests include lung cancer genetics, Liquid biopsy and lung cancer screening. My areas of specialist expertise include Lung cancer, Pleural disease and intervention, Bronchoscopy, EBUS TBNA, General Respiratory and Internal Medicine.
